Job summary

LifeWorks NW is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative supervision across programs under the program director. The role includes providing clinical services to clients and supporting staff with supervision, documentation, and training.

The position is based at LifeWorks NW's King site in Oregon, with duties that may require travel between sites and after-hours availability to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• QMHP credential through MHACBO or active license/Intern status

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to clinicians (min 2x/month, 1h per meeting)
• Assist direct reports with performance and training expectations
• Lead performance evaluations and address concerns
• Support hiring and staff orientation
• Monitor productivity, documentation, and authorizations
• Provide crisis consultation and program development input
• Deliver trainings to partners and staff
• Provide direct service including group/individual sessions and case management
• Ensure client records meet guidelines and confidentiality
• Complete required program reports and attend meetings
