Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services is seeking a licensed therapist to design and supervise a safe, supportive residential program. The role involves coordinating the resident's treatment plan and delivering individual, family, and group therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in social work or counseling and licensure (LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC). The position is full-time with benefits, earned leave, and tuition reimbursement after one year.

• Master’s Degree in social work or counseling.
• Must have state licensure: LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC.

Responsibilities

• Designs and supervises a safe, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu.
• Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident's treatment plan with the treatment team.
• Provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan.

Job description

The Therapist designs and supervises a safe environment and positive residential treatment program. Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Meets all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to DCPP and COA. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident's treatment program along and provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with the other treatment team members.This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefited position which includes:Flexible work hoursSupervision providedCEUs provided and paid for.
