Job summary

Impact Therapy LLC in Riverdale, GA seeks a Clinical Team Lead to provide day-to-day clinical leadership, clinician support, and documentation oversight. You will oversee caseload accountability and clinical quality monitoring while serving as the first point of contact for routine clinical questions.

This developmental leadership position may evolve into higher Clinical Director responsibilities over time, with a monthly or biweekly leadership stipend on top of existing clinical compensation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinicians' first point of contact for routine clinical questions.
• Maintain designated onsite clinical leadership availability.
• Assist clinicians with treatment planning and routine case consultation.
• Address routine clinical workflow concerns.
• Escalate high-risk, ethical, legal, diagnostic, or complex situations to the Clinical Director.
