Washington Hospital Healthcare System is seeking a Clinical Systems Instructor to deliver end-user training across multiple applications and develop supporting materials. The role includes setting up classes, administering proficiency assessments, and evaluating outcomes to ensure training quality.

Salary Range: $84,000.00 - $122,000.00
Responsible for conducting end-user classroom training and developing eLearning and other training materials. The Clinical Systems Instructor is responsible for setting up the training classes and for quality control, including administering a proficiency assessment and a class evaluation at the end of each session. The Clinical Systems Instructor works closely with other instructors and analysts to improve training effectiveness through classroom feedback. The Clinical Systems Instructor will also actively support operational areas to address on-going training needs, as well as participate in other project related activities as needed. The Clinical Systems Instructor’s work schedule is dictated by training and support needs and by the requirement to train in multiple applications.
