• Maintains high interaction with clinical areas to improve patient care and end-user experience.
• Shares on-call duties within Information Services.
• Coordinates internal and external user group functions.
• Demonstrates professional demeanor and aligns with hospital policies and compliance.
• Stays current with technology through seminars and trade magazines.
