Job summary

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience with teaching or training on new information systems.
- Epic certification within 1 year of hire date.
Responsibilities
- Coaches, mentors, and provides one-on-one support for clinical team in EHR use.
- Serves as Tier 1 Informatics ticket support; triages, troubleshoots, and resolves tickets.
- Develops training materials, job aids, and documentation for end users.
- Supports informatics project manager as SME; tracks KPIs and risks.
- Identifies workflow improvements to assimilate IT into daily practice.
- Advocates for patient rights and confidentiality of information.
- Educates clinicians and patients on EHR best practices.
- Assists end users with problems related to the EHR.
