Qualifications

• RN with BSN preferred and Washington license.
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care with acute and ambulatory settings.
• At least 1 year working with clinical information systems as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and IT to implement, support, and upgrade clinical systems.
• Translate requirements to meet customer needs, regulatory compliance and patient safety.
• Triaging and resolving end-user tickets and collaborating on workflows.
• Participate in clinical informatics activities supporting practice operations, education, and quality.
• Develop training materials and documentation for end users.
