• PROVIDES CLINICALLY SUPPORTIVE SERVICES AS REQUIRED BY PROGRAM
• Understand symptoms and behaviors associated with substance use and mental illness
• Recognize warning signs for suicide
• Demonstrates Active Listening and crisis management
• Establish rapport with consumers and families with compassion
• Maintain treatment boundaries with consumers and families
• Coordinate shift tasks and document activities per policy
• Transport clients for off-campus activities when needed
