Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Berwyn, PA, is seeking a part-time Clinical Support Staff member to join our IOP/PHP clinic. You will support PHP and IOP teams, help with client check-ins, and assist with emotion-regulation skill practice for youths ages 12–18.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field, prior behavioral health experience, strong documentation skills, and comfort with EMR software. Evening hours and occasional meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field.
• Experience working with adolescents ages 12–17.
• Experience in a behavioral or mental health setting.
• Team player with a growth mindset.
• Excellent documentation and note-taking to capture conversations and decisions clearly.
• Ability to pass a state background check.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to PHP and IOP program teams by facilitating groups and assisting with client check-ins.
• Support clients in practicing emotional regulation skills.
• Prepare and supply group rooms.
• Attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed.
• Engage professionally with clients, families, co-workers, and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space and equipment.

Part-Time: Flexible availability Monday - Thursday, two evenings preferred per week, Morning and Evening hours

Clinic operating hours: 8:30am -7:00pm

Pay range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

AsClinical Support Staffyou will be supported by an experienced leadership team, Clinical Director, Executive Director, and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the PHP and IOP Program teams, by facilitating groups, assisting with client check-ins, and supporting clients in practicing skills that promote emotion regulation.
• Comfort with ages 12 - 18 yrs. of age
• Prepare and supply group rooms
• Attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed
• Engage in professional and positive rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and staff
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space including supplies, furniture and equipment.
• Performing other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
