Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in White Haven, PA seeks a full-time Residential Support staff member to assist adolescent girls in a residential treatment setting. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.

The role offers a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts, including day, mid, and overnight options, plus overtime opportunities. You will support teens, foster relationships, de‑escalate situations with training, and lead activities as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass background check

Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Full Time

Schedule

• 4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
• Day Shift: 6AM-4PM
• Mid Shift: 10 AM - 8 PM or 1PM - 11PM
• Overnight Shift: 8PM - 6AM
• Overtime available
