Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers seeks a dedicated Clinical Support team member in Gulf Breeze, FL to assist therapists and case managers with assessments, group facilitation, and treatment planning. This full-time, onsite role supports continuity of care in a structured, patient-centered environment.

You will collaborate with clinicians to ensure compliant documentation, engage patients, and maintain high standards of clinical operations in a respected addiction and mental health care program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensure eligibility in a behavioral health discipline is preferred.
• Knowledge of confidentiality regulations and Joint Commission standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews and support patient needs.
• Complete baseline clinical assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Conduct therapeutic and psychoeducational groups as assigned.
• Assist therapists and case managers with patient care coordination.
• Provide coverage for assigned patient caseloads as needed.
