What you will do
As the Virtual Executive and Personal Assistant at Noble Cortex, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to a highly influential executive in the AI industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Handles a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
- Scheduling: Manages personal and professional calendars, scheduling appointments and events.
- Travel Arrangements: Plans and books personal and business travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepares agendas, takes minutes during meetings, and ensures follow-up on action items.
- PR and Social Media Management: Ensures social media accounts are up to date, manages periodic posts, and keeps up with comments and likes.
- Project Management: Assists in managing and coordinating administrative and some business projects, personal projects, organizing events, and handling family matters, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Confidentiality: Manages sensitive information and maintains confidentiality on any disclosed information, including high-level business matters.
- Communication: Acts as a liaison and gatekeeper for all communications, screening calls, emails, social media communications, and preparing correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintains records, schedules, and office supplies.
- Personal Errands: Manages personal tasks such as payments, online orders, household management, etc.
- Financial Bill Management: Manages limited basic financial tasks, such as bill payments, and maintains financial records of office equipment.
- Communication Channels: Primary communication will be through scheduled, recurring daily video calls, and secondary communication will be through phone calls and text messages using the approved messaging application.
- Travel Requirements: While this job is remote, there may be instances where you are expected to travel as per the employer’s request. The company will cover all travel expenses, including flights, accommodation, and meals.

- Technical Proficiency: Skilled with office software, project management tools, and other relevant technologies, with general knowledge about Tech, AI, and Machine Learning, and a willingness to learn more.

- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple personal and professional tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing needs and schedules.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in managing records and documents.
Availability:
- Must be available to work within U.S. Standard Time zones, flexible to accommodate project needs. This role requires a long-term commitment and consistent availability to collaborate.
