Philips is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to serve as a clinical SME in Manhattan. You will provide frontline support via phone, email, and chat, resolving product inquiries with deep clinical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.

You will own escalation management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver clinical education to customers and internal service teams while maintaining quality and compliance across sites with onsite presence in Manhattan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in PACS implementation/administration or radiology support.
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows and clinical processes.
• A bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
• ARRT or CIIP certification is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide frontline clinical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Own escalation management from intake to resolution with action plans.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering, and development teams to investigate issues.
• Deliver clinical education and knowledge-sharing initiatives to customers and staff.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and safety trends and advise leadership.
