Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant/Clinical Service Specialist for Brookfield and Glendale, WI. You will welcome patients, assist medical staff, and deliver compassionate care in line with guidelines and regulations.

Role requires prior clinical and administrative experience, strong initiative, and ability to work independently. Travel between clinics is expected, with schedule Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• 1 year clinical experience required
• 1 year in admin/customer service role required
• CPR/BLS required prior to start date
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist staff in clinic and infusion center
• Room patients in person or virtually and document in chart
• Provide front-end support: scheduling, calls, and payments
• Assist providers in exam rooms and with procedures
• Collect and prepare lab specimens as directed
• Obtain prior authorizations for prescribed treatments
• Triaging calls and messages and documenting them
• Manage supplies under supervision of the manager
• Maintain infection control per CDC guidelines
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
