Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant/Clinical Service Specialist for our Alexandria and Fairfax, VA locations. You will welcome patients, support the medical team, and ensure compassionate, compliant care in accordance with guidelines.

The role requires prior admin experience, initiative, and the ability to work independently. Some days involve administrative duties and deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1 year of experience in a clinical environment required.
• 1 year in an administrative, patient-facing, or customer service role required.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Render quality patient care per standards of practice.
• Room clinic patients and update charts.
• Communicate patient data to providers and nurses.
• Greet patients, assist scheduling, manage calls, process payments.
