Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program or certification as a medical assistant.
• Unrestricted LPN license in Ohio or MA certification with BLS.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient visits: rooming, history, and vital signs.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications as directed.
• Provide health education and counseling for continuity of care.
• Document nursing care in the electronic health record accurately.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and maintain exam room readiness.
• Coordinate inventory, tasks, and daily department huddles.
