DESC seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to provide and coordinate clinical services for tenants in Seattle. You will work with an integrated care team to deliver case management and mental health services, focusing on stability and housing success.

Requires AAC license or ability to obtain, plus experience with homeless adults and complex behavioral health needs. A collaborative, culturally aware approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field or related.
• AAC license in WA or ability to obtain soon after hire.
• Clinical experience with homeless adults and chronic conditions.

Aufgaben

• Engage tenants with trauma-informed, culturally relevant approaches.
• Develop Integrated Service Plans with tenants and staff.
• Coordinate case management across DESC and partner providers.
• Maintain tenant safety and support independent living skills.
• Document interactions per agency guidelines.
• Meet contractual service and documentation obligations.
• Coordinate and facilitate groups and community activities.
• Provide education, counseling, and referrals as needed.
