Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide services in residential, vocational, or in-home settings. The role focuses on assessments, behavior support planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure high-quality care.

You will document progress, train staff, and advocate for the rights of individuals served. Salary is $57,500 annually with a full benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field required.
• Two years of related experience.
• Training in behavior modification techniques or experience with behavior management.
• Knowledge of populations with developmental disabilities, brain injury, or mental health issues.
• Reliable, responsible, and caring nature; team player.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance if transportation is used for work.
• State-required trainings and certifications completed on time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service plans adhere to Individual Plans and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct structured assessments and interviews with parents and caregivers.
• Observe individuals in home, school, or community settings.
• Document progress and maintain confidential records; assist with billing as needed.
• Provide staff training on Individual Support Plans and behavior intervention plans.
