Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Clinical Specialist role in Minnesota offers a $57,500 annual salary and a team-based, mission-driven environment focused on high-quality person-centered care.

You will work in residential, vocational, or in-home settings, supporting individuals with detailed assessments, behavior plans, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field.
• Two years of related experience.
• Training in behavior modification techniques and/or behavior management experience as required by state/program funder.
• Knowledge of populations such as developmental disabilities, brain injury, or mental health; expertise in behavioral support, early intervention, or crisis intervention.
• Reliable, responsible and caring; able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plans and services adhere to Individual Plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete structured assessment interviews with parents/care providers.
• Observe individuals in home, school, or community settings.
• Review social history and assess behavior baseline information for each referred individual.
• Write and submit assessment summaries and recommended behavior support plan components to IDT or operations leader.
