Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AHA Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant from a national professional association (AAMA, AMT, NAHP, ARMA, or NHA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care, vital signs, and data collection.
• Perform laboratory tests and point-of-care testing as directed.
• Prepare clinical environment, sterilize instruments, and manage supplies.
• Provide administrative support: scheduling, chart prep, and forms completion.
• Document charges for clinical services and ensure accurate coding.
• Collaborate with licensed healthcare professionals and staff to support patient care.
