Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• Medical Assistant Certification from a recognized national professional association (AAMA, AMT, NAHP, ARMA, or NHA) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with clinical intake, rooming, data collection, and documentation.
• Provides clinical support during examinations and procedures (e.g., venipuncture, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, ECG).
• Performs administrative tasks such as drafting letters, scheduling, and handling in-basket messaging.
• Maintains supplies, documents charges for clinical services, and supports safe patient care.
