Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: None required.
• Licensure: BLS certification required; Medical Assistant Certification from AAMA/AMT/NAHP/ARMA/NHA.

Responsibilities

• Assists in effective clinic operations and communicates with team members, providers, and patients.
• Performs patient data collection and standardized rooming/documentation.
• Provides clinical support during examinations and procedures (specimen collection, point-of-care testing, venipuncture, wound care).
• Organizes daily work and prioritizes patient needs to support the care team.
• Ensures safety and accuracy in environment and documentation; provides administrative support as needed.
