Location: Mount Vernon, NY
Hours: Monday- Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay: $27.00
We are seeking a Clinical Support Staff for the Ulster County Youth ACT Team who has experience supporting children and emerging adults ages 10-21 navigating symptoms of Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a collaborative team to provide intensive and highly coordinated interventions to address the significant needs of youth at risk of entering, or returning home from, high-intensity services such as inpatient or residential care.
Youth ACT services are delivered in the home, school, or community-based settings using a multidisciplinary approach to support youth and families in achieving sustainable success. The Clinical Support Staff will play an integral role in supporting therapeutic treatment goals by providing targeted skill development, training, and education to enhance a young person’s ability to manage health and mental health needs, build pre-vocational and vocational skills, and engage in prosocial activities.
