Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally to set a positive visit tone.
• Escort patients to examination rooms and answer preliminary questions.
• Obtain and verify accurate medical histories from patients.
• Measure and record vital signs and relay results to clinical staff.
• Prepare examination rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures, aiding with patient care.
• Maintain detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Handle scheduling, data entry, and patient communications efficiently.
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Respond promptly to patient requests with empathy and care.
