Orthopedic One is seeking a Clinic Support team member in Upper Arlington, OH to assist providers and staff during clinic hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of medical assistant experience or completion of a medical assistant program.
• Customer service experience required.
• Computer skills including scheduling, data entry of patient information and use of email required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient flow in the clinic and handles check-in processes.
• Greet patients and prepare them for provider exams.
• Schedule imaging or follow-up appointments as requested.
• Update patient records in the EMR and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies; clean and disinfect between patients.
• Provide cross-coverage as needed and assist providers.
