Job summary

HealthPartners North Suburban Family Physicians in Roseville, MN is seeking a Clinical Support Services Supervisor to lead daily clinic and lab operations, improve workflows, and support patient care. The role partners with clinic leadership and a peer CSS Supervisor to strengthen staffing and processes while modeling professional conduct and Healthy Workplace Values.

The position typically includes two administrative days and three direct-care days, with a schedule Monday through Friday, and

Qualifications

• Open to filling with LPN, MA, RMA, CMA, or EMT.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required on hire.
• Experience with EPIC and ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical patient care services including lab and care teams.
• Manage staff schedules, PTO, sick calls, and daily assignments.
• Ensure policy compliance and coordinate with clinic leadership.
• Interview and participate in hiring, orientation, and training.
• Provide staff with training on lab workflows and registries.
• Model Healthy Workplace Values and professional conduct.
