Merakey invites applications for a Clinical Support II at our Sharon Hill, PA program. The role supports operational and clinical programming with a small weekly therapy caseload (about 10 billable hours) under the Clinical Supervisor.

You will manage clinical documentation, assist with audits, and help coordinate client-to-therapist assignments in a compliant, supportive environment. You will join a mission-driven team in a nonprofit behavioral health provider, with opportunities for

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field with 1+ year clinical internship.
• 2+ years of direct clinical experience; outpatient or community-based behavioral health setting exposure.
• Strong clinical documentation, organization, data management, and communication skills; knowledge of behavioral health regulations, treatment planning, EHRs, and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, maintain confidentiality, and work independently while supporting high‑quality client care and program operations.
