Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a dedicated project manager for Clinical Supply Chain documentation and simple packaging activities in a GMP environment. The role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks to ensure on-time availability of investigational drug supplies for clinical sites and depots.

As an individual contributor, you will translate requests into packaging designs, create work orders with CSPMs, and track milestones. A Bachelor's degree and 0–2+ years in pharma are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; physical science, math, engineering or pharmacy preferred.
• 0–2+ years total experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Applicable to locations with pay disclosure laws: compensation ranges may vary by location and are at AbbVie's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and execute packaging and CSPM tasks.
• Ensure timely availability of investigational drug supplies to clinical sites and depots.
• Translate stability and packaging requests into executed packaging design and work orders.
• Support Center of Excellence tasks as needed and maintain milestone tracking across CSPMs.
