Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a dedicated project manager for Clinical Supply Chain documentation and simple packaging activities in a GMP environment. The role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks to ensure on-time availability of investigational drug supplies for clinical sites and depots.

As an individual contributor, you will translate requests into packaging designs, create work orders with CSPMs, and track milestones. A Bachelor's degree and 0–2+ years in pharma are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; physical science, math, engineering or pharmacy preferred.
• 0–2+ years total experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Responsibilities

Serves as an individual contributor responsible for project management of key Clinical Supply Chain documentation, tasks and simple packaging activities in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

Planning, scheduling, coordination and execution, in support of CSPMs to ensure the timely availability of investigational drug supplies and related services to clinical sites and depots.

Translates stability and packaging requests into an executed packaging design.

Identifies, develops, communicates and tracks task completion dates , activities, logistics, and milestones in support of CSPMs to ensure the timely availability of investigational drug supplies.

Responsible for creating appropriate protocol specific manufacturing and packaging work orders in concert with the CSPM.

Responsible to complete, upon request of the CSPM, tasks identified for the Center of Excellence team.

Key Stakeholders

The Clinical Drug Supply Chain including R43E, Analytical, Quality, and globally with our Germany counterparts as this role is key in the transfer of clinical drug to Germany from Lake County.

Education

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in physical science, math, engineering or pharmacy

0 - 2+ years total experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
