Job summary

AbbVie in the United States seeks an entry-level Clinical Supply Chain project coordinator responsible for managing documentation and simple packaging tasks in a GMP environment. You will work closely with CSPMs to ensure investigational drug supplies reach clinical sites and depots on time.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, coordinating packaging activities, translating requests into packaging designs, and tracking milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in physical science, math, engineering or pharmacy.
• 0 - 2+ years total experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling, coordination and execution, in support of CSPMs to ensure timely availability of investigational drug supplies and related services to clinical sites and depots.
• Translates stability and packaging requests into an executed packaging design.
• Identifies, develops, communicates and tracks task completion dates, activities, logistics, and milestones in support of CSPMs to ensure timely availability of investigational drug supplies.
