Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or clinical operations; pharma/biotech internship or co-op is a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP/GDP concepts is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical supply activities under supervision.
• Track inventory levels, expiry dates, and resupply needs; flag shortages.
• Prepare supply forecasts, shipment schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate with CMOs, depots, and couriers on shipments.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and SOPs; support IRT/RTSM monitoring.
• Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, and Clinical Operations.
