Straight and Narrow in Paterson, NJ is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Women's Treatment to lead counselors and ensure high‑quality care. The role includes supervising staff, managing client caseloads, and upholding program standards across residential and outpatient settings.

Full‑time position with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for new employees. Hours are Monday–Friday with one late night, and locations include Paterson, Secaucus, and Passaic.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for LCADC/CCS/LPC or LCSW with Supervisor Certification.
• At least two years in addictions treatment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise counselors and monitor client caseloads.
• Ensure adherence to Straight and Narrow's treatment standards.
• Support supervisees' licensure and ongoing professional development.
• Perform other supervisory duties as needed.

Clinical Supervisor (Women's Treatment)

Hours: Monday- Friday and one late night (flexibility needed)

Location: All Straight Narrow Locations (Paterson, Secaucus, Passaic)

Sign on bonus of $5000 (Full Time Only) (New Employees Only)

Job Summary:

A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors who report to him/her and ensuring that the clients on their supervisees’ caseloads receive high-quality substance abuse treatment services. They are also responsible for ensuring that their supervisee’s meet all of Straight & Narrow’s personnel requirements and for assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social service field, Social Work, Human Services or Psychology, counseling with LCADC, CCS, LPC with an ACS, LCSW with Clinical Supervisor Certification
• 20 Hour Continuing Education Credits of post-graduate Clinical Supervision Course offered by either the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) or a sponsor approved by ASWB, or an educational program approved by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
• A minimum of two years’ experience in the field of addictions treatment is required.
