Job summary

Veterans Village of San Diego (VVSD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic. The role focuses on providing evidence-based therapy to post-9/11 Veterans and their families, with emphasis on CBT, CPT, and Prolonged Exposure.

The clinic values training, consultation, and measurement-based care. Candidates should have a background in CBT/EBP, and be prepared to supervise interns and clinical staff while coordinating with university partners and community

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in a clinical setting.
• Intern/Practicum supervision experience.
• Licensure or eligibility as psychologist, social worker, counselor, or marriage/family therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Deliver CBT, CPT, and PE as clinically appropriate.
• Supervise practicum students and clinical associates.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for best client care.
• Attend and lead weekly supervisory and clinical meetings.
