Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Therapist for the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic to provide evidence-based therapy to veterans, active-duty service members and families. The role supports CBT, CPT, and Prolonged Exposure with a short-term treatment model of 8–12 sessions.

The position offers a structured workload, clinical supervision, and opportunities to train and consult within a respected nonprofit behavioral health system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain relevant state licenses.
• Experience with adults, children, couples, and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services including treatment for Veterans and their families.
• Performs and documents screenings, psychosocial assessments, and progress notes.
• Conducts clinical intake assessments for veterans and families as needed.
• Provides individual, couples, and family psychotherapy with evidence-based treatments.
• Collaborates with caregivers, physicians, clinic director, case management and others to coordinate care.
• Attend weekly clinical, supervision, and administrative meetings.
