Velocity Staffing is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor for Ellie Mental Health in Yorktown, Virginia. In this role, you will balance a meaningful clinical caseload with supervision and mentoring of resident therapists.

The ideal candidate will have a Virginia LCSW and Board-Approved Supervisor designation and enjoy mentoring, problem-solving, and team-building within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Virginia LCSW licensure is required.
• Experience supervising LMSWs or pre-licensed clinicians preferred.
• Strong understanding of Virginia licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 18 client sessions per week.
• Participate in community engagement activities.
