Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
• Licensure as SAC and/or LPC-IT, LMFT-IT or APSW with experience providing Alcohol and Drug Services.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to an automobile for work.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/Hmong/Cambodian) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation, review, and oversight to clinical team members, and assure clinical and cultural competence of services.
• Review performance and goals for supervisees annually and as needed.
• Provide clinical back up as needed.
• Coordinate clinical charting procedures to ensure compliance with guidelines and timely documentation.
• Facilitate coordination of clinical services within Journey and with outside agencies; resolve system and clinical issues.
• Provide leadership to staff meetings, training programs, recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation of staff and volunteers.
• Monitor scheduling, time off, and budgeting; participate in program budget discussions.
