Job summary

Journey Mental Health Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Clinical Assessment Unit in Madison, WI. This role provides clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team, ensures quality of care, and oversees administrative functions within a dynamic behavioral health program.

The candidate will lead staff development, coordinate services with partner agencies, and drive culturally competent care across settings, including in-home, in-office, school, and community environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
• Licensure as SAC and/or LPC-IT; in training LMFT-IT or APSW with experience providing Alcohol and Drug Services.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, favorable driving record, adequate insurance, and access to a vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a multidisciplinary team.
• Review supervisees' performance and goals on a regular basis.
• Coordinate and oversee clinical charting to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate clinical services within Journey and with outside agencies, resolving issues as needed.
• Provide administrative leadership including staff meetings, recruitment, training, budgeting, and scheduling.
