Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems is seeking a Senior Clinician to supervise and deliver clinical services to offenders with substance use issues. You will provide individual and group therapy, conduct case management, and support the Clinical Director in coordinating care.

The role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field and licensure (LADC1/LMHC/LICSW), with at least one year of supervised counseling and supervisory experience; SUD/MH and mental health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a closely related field (psychology, education-counseling, rehabilitative counseling, social work) required.
• LADC1, LMHC or LICSW license required.
• Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience; at least one year in a supervisory role; experience with both substance use and mental health issues preferred.

• Assist the Clinical Director in supervising the provision of clinical services.
• Provide documented individual and group clinical services and case management to offenders with substance use issues.
• Work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization.
