Job summary

Straight and Narrow is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee counselors and ensure high-quality substance use treatment for clients across Paterson, Secaucus and Passaic areas. The role requires leadership to enforce personnel standards and supervise clinical staff within our residential, outpatient and community programs.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in a social service field and a Clinical Supervisor certification or equivalent licensure (LCADC/CCS/LPC/ACS/LCSW).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a social service field (Social Work, Human Services or Psychology) with appropriate licensure.
• Two years minimum of experience in addictions treatment expected.
• Clinical Supervisor Certification or eligible credentials (LCADC/CCS/LPC/ACS/LCSW) and related CE credits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise counselors and monitor the quality of treatment across caseloads.
• Ensure supervisees meet all personnel requirements and program standards.
• Take on additional supervisory duties as needed by the leadership team.
