Job summary

Straight and Narrow in Paterson, NJ, seeks a Clinical Supervisor (Men’s Treatment) to lead the counseling team and ensure high-quality substance use treatment for clients.

The role supervises counselors, ensures compliance with personnel requirements, and participates in training and licensure support; full-time with comprehensive benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Hours are Monday–Friday with one late night; location Paterson, New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and licensure/certification as required (LCADC/CCS or LPC/LCSW with Clinical Supervisor Certification).
• Minimum two years of experience in addictions treatment and supervision of counselors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor counselors to ensure high-quality substance use treatment.
• Ensure supervisees meet Straight & Narrow personnel requirements and program standards.
• Support in-house training and licensure preparation for staff; oversee client caseloads as assigned.
