Job summary

Rochester Recovery in Rochester, MN is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our clinical team of counselors, therapists, and group facilitators. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership to shape client outcomes and help the team thrive!

Responsibilities include supervising staff, auditing documentation for quality and compliance, designing program curriculum, coordinating treatment and discharge plans, and stepping in as Acting Clinical Director when needed.

We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor to help lead and support our clinical team of counselors, therapists, and group facilitators. This is your chance to combine clinical expertise with leadership, directly shape client outcomes, and help our team thrive!

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise, mentor, and inspire clinical staff.
• Monitor client needs and behaviors through team supervision and feedback.
• Review and audit clinical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate on the design and enhancement of program curriculum.
• Coordinate individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Step in as Acting Clinical Director when needed.
• Support therapeutic groups, activities, and community events.
• Respond to client crises with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active LICSW, LPC-S, or LMFT-S license with ability to practice in state of MN.
• 2+ years clinical experience with dual-diagnosis or mental health clients.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in a clinical treatment setting.
• Knowledge of integrated treatment models and recovery-oriented care.
• Valid MN Driver’s License.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
