Groups Recover Together was founded in 2014 to make treatment for opioid addiction respectful, accessible and affordable. We empower our members to regain control of their lives through a combination of community support, outpatient weekly group therapy and medication to manage withdrawal using buprenorphine and naltrexone.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9a-7p EST
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
At Groups, the Clinical Supervisor will play a key role in our organization by supporting the delivery of high-quality care. You will be responsible for achieving quality goals and for helping to implement new clinical protocols and initiatives. You will serve as a role model, reflecting the organization’s treatment philosophy, goals and policies to colleagues and members. The Clinical Supervisor will manage a team of 6‑10 counselors across multiple offices. This role reports to the State Director and collaborates closely with the Regional Manager, Clinical Director and Director of Quality and Compliance.
