Job summary

Alpharus Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or CADC) to oversee clinical services at the Springfield Residential Center. The role requires strong supervisory experience in substance use treatment within a residential setting and hands-on clinical leadership.

You will supervise staff, ensure program standards, and contribute to client care quality across adolescent and adult populations, with a focus on compliance and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field.
• Current CADC certification or higher licensure (LPC, LSW) in the state of hire.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in substance use treatment with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Related work experience with residential treatment settings for adolescent/adult populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to staff delivering services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Oversee client services and ensure compliance with program standards and service delivery objectives.
• Audit client records and assist in interviewing, selecting, evaluating, scheduling and disciplining staff.
• Orient and train staff; serve as a resource for complex case problems.
• May assume client caseload during workload or staffing shortages; supervise in hospital settings under applicable grants.
