Join our team of dedicated staff in providing accessible mental health and wellbeing services for children, adolescents and families. As part of this innovative model of mental health care, you will collaborate closely with other service partners in ensuring coordinated, integrated care for clients and their families.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide leadership and coordination of mental health services in our school based Therapeutic Teaching Model (TTM) program, a co-lead multi-disciplinary team in a Level IV education setting in the West Metro. Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services including integrated treatment planning, care coordination, diagnosis, treatment and referrals. Assure quality of care through clinical consultation, individual and group supervision. Lead development of clinical protocols and deliver clinical training to staff. Ensure compliance with best practices, regulatory requirements and internal policies and standards. Support diagnostic assessment, care planning, communication and engagement with clients and families as required. Oversee and ensure staff compliance with documentation requirements. Facilitate professional development, assess clinical skills and support clinical training to enhance team effectiveness and client outcomes. Be available to provide therapeutic services to clients and families. Provide Reflective consultation groups to the classroom teams.
MA degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related clinical field required. Must have valid clinical licensure as required by the state of MN (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT or LP) and be a DHS board approved supervisor. Minimum of 5 years clinical experience required, with at least 2 years of clinical consultation, supervision or administrative experience preferred. Must have strong knowledge of clinical best practices, ethical standards and regulatory requirements, including demonstrated background in trauma-informed care and other specialized clinical approaches or therapeutic modalities (e.g. Developmental Repair, ARC, EPT, TF-CBT, EMDR, CPP). A strong understanding of attachment theory and child development is most useful. Day treatment or milieu experience with young children is also helpful. A high regard and respect for education professionals and schools. Experience working in multi-disciplinary health care teams, providing mental health services to underserved communities with an understanding of culturally responsive mental health treatment strongly preferred. Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR) and telehealth platforms required. Experience with program development and quality improvement initiatives preferred.
