Where You Will Work:

3 North is a 31-bed Medical Surgical unit that specializes in the treatment of new onset medical conditions and continuum of care for a diverse population of adult patients. Common medical conditions addressed by our healthcare team include but are not limited to: issues related to pancreatitis, diabetes, sickle cell, Gastro-issues, Pneumonia, COPD, Substance abuse, placement, mental issues, and all other general medical conditions.

Atrium Health Mercy is a 31-bed facility of Carolinas Medical Center (CMC). Located 1.3 miles from CMC, Mercy is one of two Carolinas Medical Center locations. Atrium Health Mercy isMagnet designated in Nursing Excellenceand is also aPlanetree designated patient-centered hospital.

For more than 100 years, Atrium Health Mercy has treated approximately 80 - 110 Emergency Department and 130 - 212 in-patients daily with a special combination of human compassion and leading-edge expertise.
