Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Westminster is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead and elevate our Skilled Nursing team in the Westminster area. This is a critical leadership role focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will oversee admissions, recertifications, routine visits, transfers, and discharge planning while mentoring field clinicians and collaborating with case managers to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Proven home health experience with OASIS assessments.
• Leadership experience in a supervisory or case management role.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care across the full continuum: admissions, recertifications, routine visits, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, training, and support to field clinicians.

• Balance administrative oversight with hands-on clinical support, including occasional patient visits.
• Help drive quality, compliance, and best practices (including OASIS accuracy).

Compensation

• Salary: Approximately $97,000+ (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

What You'll Do

As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You'll guide your team, manage clinical operations, and serve as a trusted resource for both staff and patients.

• Oversee patient care across the full continuum: admissions, recertifications, routine visits, transfers, and discharge planning
• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, training, and support to field clinicians
• Collaborate closely with case managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Balance administrative oversight with hands-on clinical support, including occasional patient visits
• Help drive quality, compliance, and best practices (including OASIS accuracy)
• Adapt to a dynamic environment with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Proven experience in home health and OASIS assessments (required)
• Leadership experience in a supervisory or case management role prereferred
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional patient care
