Job summary

Aveanna is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead nursing talent development, case management, and safe patient transitions from facility to home. You will support Start of Care assessments, re-evaluations, and ensure care plans reflect current needs.

You will review physicians’ orders, supervise caregivers, travel to patients’ homes, and uphold State, Federal, Local regulations along with Aveanna policies. Strong collaboration with operations and business development is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have good standing RN license in the state where practicing
• Must have at least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
• Must have at least 1 year of pediatric experience
• Must be able to travel to patients’ homes in designated territory
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass MVR check
• Current CPR certification from AHA or ARC
• Must be willing to supervise caregivers providing care to infants, children, adolescents and/or adults
