Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Northern Indiana is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (RN) to lead home health care in the South Bend / Mishawaka area, guiding a clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care.

You will supervise nurses, therapists, CNAs, and other staff, coordinate plans of care, hire/train personnel, manage supplies and budget, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active Indiana RN/BSN license.
• Minimum of 1 year in the area being hired into.
• At least 1 year of supervisory and caregiver management experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary team to meet client standards.
• Hire, orient, train, supervise, and retain qualified clinicians and caregivers.
• Ensure medical supplies and equipment are delivered and staff trained on procedures.
• Assist in managing Quality/QA and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
