DocGo is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (RN) in Long Beach, CA to lead mobile clinician teams and ensure high-quality patient care in in-home and event-based settings. This full-time role supports clinical and vaccine programs for the DocGo affiliated Clinical Practice Group in New York & New Jersey, with occasional remote support in California.
The position requires an active CA RN license, 3–5 years of nursing experience (supervisory preferred), BLS, and a valid driver's license.

Pay Rate: $70.00 - $84.00 per hour

You will be supporting clinical & vaccine programs for DocGo’s affiliated Clinical Practice Group in New York & New Jersey, in addition to occasional remote support of programs in the state of California. You will supervise a team of mobile clinicians providing in-home and event-based patient care by ensuring high-quality clinical standards & workflows are adhered to, and nurses are trained and competent to deliver excellent patient care. The clinical supervisor will work directly with the regional clinical manager and clinical leadership in the development and support of ongoing projects, including primary care, gap closure, transitional care, and vaccine programs while ensuring nurses have the knowledge and resources they need to perform at the top of their license.
