STAT Home Health in New Orleans, LA seeks a Clinical Supervisor RN to oversee district nurses and Home Health Aides, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with standards across our service area.

You will coordinate and schedule daily workloads, perform caseload management, and supervise staff performance in collaboration with the Director of Nursing; Louisiana RN license and Home Health experience required.

Qualifications

• Louisiana RN license is required.
• Home Health experience with regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Home Care Home Base and PointCare is required.
• Direct patient care service leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides daily supervision of district nurses and Home Health Aides to ensure the quality of services and maintenance of standards.
• Performs Case Management of patient load as necessary.
• Appraises staff performance during their probationary period and annually with the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinates and schedules the daily workload of each district utilizing Agency personnel to their fullest capacity.
• Identifies and evaluates client needs and appropriateness of home care by reviewing the initial intake screening form before assignment of direct care staff
